Training
Today i did 45 minutes of ardio, following the danish military's instructions for circuit training. I must say that it feels good to get in better shape. Who knows+ Perhaps i'll follow the programs 12 week duration. Directly after the cardio training, i did some heavy bench pressing and general lifting. While training i always try to envision that i am hunting and subsequently killing a bear with my bare hands. A good mindset when it comes to training.
My adventure into the blogosphere !!
Im starting this blog as both a training diary and as a outlet for what i find to be enriching to life!
